Unique to Wyoming: Wyoming has a fixed July 31 renewal date for all producers (not birth month based) and mails fingerprinting packets AFTER receiving the application, which adds time to the process. The typical turnaround time is 30 days. Wyoming exam fees ($96 single line, $113 combined) are among the higher fees nationally. Non-residents pay more ($150) than residents ($100) for the application.
