Reciprocity & Endorsement
VerifiedWyoming offers licensure by endorsement without examination for qualified cosmetologists currently licensed in another state with equal or better requirements. Must provide certification from the licensing state, proof of meeting Wyoming requirements, and payment of required fees. Alternatively, applicant must have at least one year of work history plus written and practical exams.
