Florida does not require a high school diploma (age 17 minimum), uniquely does NOT accept PTCB certification as a substitute for its Board-approved training program, has a generous 5:1 ratio, exempts pharmacy techs from HB 975 background check rules (July 2025), and charges no fee for the immunization certification add-on.
