Delaware has enacted the Social Work Licensure Compact. Multistate licenses are expected to be available in 2026 once compact implementation is complete. Reciprocity applications are also available for out-of-state licensees who hold a current license in another jurisdiction. Must have active license in good standing with no disciplinary actions; must have been actively practicing for at least 5 of past 7 years if requirements not equivalent.
