To get a Georgia real estate license in 2026, you must complete 75 hours of Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC)-approved pre-licensing education, pass a background check, take and pass the PSI licensing exam, and find a sponsoring broker. Most applicants finish in 8–16 weeks and spend $478.25–$829.25 including course tuition.

Florida applicants must additionally pass the Georgia Law & Practice supplement exam through PSI. Pre-licensing education waived for all reciprocal applicants.
