Complete 60-Hour Pre-Licensing Course: Take an approved Real Estate Principles and Practices course (in-person or live-online only).
Submit Application to DCP: Submit via paper or online at elicense.ct.gov with $80 application fee and course completion certificate.
Schedule and Pass the PSI Exam: Register at psiexams.com after DCP eligibility approval. Pay $59 exam fee. Pass both National (56/80 = 70%) and State (21/30 = 70%) sections.
Find a Sponsoring Broker: Secure a CT-licensed broker for supervision.
Activate License: Pay $590 activation fee through DCP. Broker supervision confirmed. Have 2 years from exam passing to activate.
