Complete a state-approved CNA training program (minimum 155 hours: 80 classroom/lab + 75 clinical)
Complete fingerprinting through Fieldprint ($70.50)
Submit application and pay $106 exam fee through OSBN Nurse Portal
Receive approval and scheduling instructions from Headmaster (D&S Diversified)
Schedule and pass the competency exam (written knowledge test and skills evaluation)
Pass background check and abuse registry screening
Receive CNA certification and placement on Oregon Nurse Aide Registry
