Illinois mandates that all IDFPR licensees (not just OTAs) complete 1 CE hour in sexual harassment prevention training each renewal cycle, effective since January 2020. Additionally, 1 CE hour in ethics is required. Supervision level is uniquely tailored to both client complexity and OTA experience rather than a fixed initial period.
