28 hrs over 2-year cycle; licenses expire June 30 of even-numbered years. SC is one of the earliest state boards to explicitly adopt and publish the AQB 2026 Valuation Bias rule on its website — the SC Board's language explicitly states 7 hrs Valuation Bias required. SC uses CE Broker for all CE tracking; out-of-state CE exemption no longer allowed.
