MD is unique: 3-year cycle requires 42 total CE hours (14 hrs/year × 3 = 42). In addition to AQB baseline topics, MD has a state-specific 3-hr Racial Discrimination and Implicit Bias requirement effective since Nov 1, 2023 — distinct from the newer AQB 2026 Valuation Bias course.
