To renew your Washington real estate license, you must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Washington Core Course (Current Issues) and Washington Real Estate Fair Housing. Renewal fees are $145. Based on original license issue date, every 2 years. Renewal window opens 120 days before expiration. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
