To renew your Virginia real estate license, you must complete 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Fair Housing, Legal Updates / Emerging Trends, Real Estate Agency, Ethics and Standards of Conduct, and Real Estate Contracts. Renewal fees are $65. Biennial, date based on license issuance. Renewal window opens before expiration. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
