To renew your Utah real estate license, you must complete 18 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Utah Core Course. Renewal fees are $60. On-time renewal is no sooner than 45 days prior to expiration date and up until 11:59 p.m. on expiration date. All CE must be completed by the 15th of the renewal month. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
