To renew your Rhode Island real estate license, you must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Rhode Island Core Law Course. Renewal fees are $130. Pre-2020 licenses: April 30 of even years. Post-2020 licenses: anniversary date every 2 years. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
