To renew your Oregon real estate license, you must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) and Advanced Practice. Renewal fees are $150. Last day of licensee's birth month. Late renewal window: up to 1 year after expiration. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.

First license period is typically less than 24 months but no less than 13 months (aligned to birth month). Must complete Broker Advanced Practices (BAP) course. Effective July 1, 2026: proficiency assessments required before first active renewal.
