30 hrs over 3-year cycle. OREC raised CE requirement from 21 to 30 hrs effective June 1, 2025. Structure: 6 mandatory 1-hr topics (BRA, CAR, CON, FHR, HOT, PSC) + 1-hr one-time Deed Theft requirement (by Nov 1, 2028) + 23 hrs electives for salespersons. Broker-in-Charge designees additionally take a 15-hr BIC course (replacing a portion of electives, leaving ~9 hrs electives for brokers). Canonical total_ce_hours=30 is correct; a prior batch erroneously set it to 21 based on pre-June-2025 rule.
