To renew your Ohio real estate license, you must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 3 years, including Ohio Core Course. Renewal fees are $182. License expires on the licensee's birthday every 3 years. Renewal window opens 90 days prior. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.

First renewal is due on the licensee's first birthday following initial licensure. CE hours are not required for the first renewal period. 20 hours of post-licensing education must be completed within 12 months of initial licensure.
