To renew your North Dakota real estate license, you must complete 12 hours of continuing education every 1 year, including Required Core Courses. Renewal fees are $125. November 15 renewal deadline (no grace period). Licenses expire December 31. Late fee: $100/month. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
