Remaining 6 hrs may be additional core or electives from approved topic list (Commercial RE, Property Management, Seasonal Rentals, Full Disclosure Act, Financing, Land Use, Valuation, Foreclosures, Residential Transactions)

12 hrs over 2-year cycle. License term runs July 1 of odd year to June 30 of odd year. CE deadline April 30 of renewal year (after this = $200 late fee); license renewal June 30. New Jersey was a Phase 1c fallback state — canonical 12/2yr confirmed by primary source (NJ DOBI). Referral agents exempt. Licensees with 40+ years experience exempt.
