Notes
36 hrs over 2-year cycle (subsequent renewals). Nevada was a Phase 1c fallback state — cycle_anchor updated from null to license_anniversary per NV RED source during Phase 1c research. Effective Oct 31, 2021, hours increased from 24 to 36. At least 18 hrs must be LIVE instruction (distinctive NV requirement). First-time licensees complete a separate 30-hr post-license course (Modules A-O) instead of CE. Licensees 65+ with 30+ years good standing may qualify for reduced exemption (12 hrs only). Business Broker permit holders need +3 hrs; Property Manager permit holders need +9 hrs.
