To renew your Missouri real estate license, you must complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Missouri Real Estate Practice Core Course. Renewal fees are $50. Salesperson: September 30 of even-numbered years. Broker: June 30 of even-numbered years. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
