To renew your Kentucky real estate license, you must complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Kentucky Law Course and Kentucky Core Course. Renewal fees are $130. March 31 of every even-numbered year confirmed for renewal deadline. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
