To renew your Iowa real estate license, you must complete 36 hours of continuing education every 3 years, including Iowa Law Update and Ethics. Renewal fees are $125. December 31 of renewal year. Renewal window opens November 16. Late renewal with $25 fee through January 31. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
