To renew your Connecticut real estate license, you must complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Mandatory Course. Renewal fees are $285. May 31 of even-numbered years. CE completion deadline: February 28 (90 days before expiration). Current cycle: March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2026. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.

Licensees who passed a CT licensing exam between March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2026 owe NO CE for the current cycle. Those reinstating or receiving reciprocity licenses on/after January 1, 2026 are also exempt.
