To renew your Arizona real estate license, you must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including Agency Law, Contract Law, Commissioner's Standards, Real Estate Legal Issues, Fair Housing, and Disclosure. Renewal fees are $60. Last day of the month in which the license was originally issued, every 2 years. Most agents complete CE online through an approved provider.
